Mexican Chicken Taco Stuffing

One of my "to do items" for this week was to start prepping freezer meals for after Evie's arrival. I found this link with 6 chicken meals: http://www.stacymakescents.com/crock-pot-freezer-cooking-tutorial-6-meals-1-hour

This one seemed particularly yummy to me, so I made it today to test it.

I changed a few things: 
- 3 chicken breasts 
- 1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes - with juice, not drained
- 1 tbs of diced green chilies
- I kept the drained blackbeans, frozen corn, and cream cheese

In the future I would add some salt and more chilies. It was really delicious! We ate it with tortilla chips.
