Does This Make My Head Look Fat?

My mom made this beautiful bonnet for Ella and gave it to me at my baby shower. It was made from my grandmother's handkerchief. Her name was Ethel, so it has a hand stitched "E" on the side. I hope someday this treasure is Ella's "Something Blue".
